This time around, I wanted crumble on top and came upon this recipe. I do, however, make banana bread once or twice a year and try different recipes. I want to start off by saying, I NEVER bake! I love cooking because I dont have to worry too much about messing up on my ingredient measurements. One fail after another, I am pleased to say that I FOUND THE ONE! I kept looking for the perfect recipe, though. I tried many different recipes and not all of them were good. The lesson I learned about banana bread – the moister it is, the better. This moist banana bread and tons of amazing stuff on Pinterest prove this statement wrong! I remember reading somewhere that the United States is not the place for desserts. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, this moist banana bread with streusel topping will leave your taste buds in awe.
